Some people find any way to make a buck. They sent out their technicians ahead of the inspectro, so they knew what they were doing. They got caught red handed.

The SunMart just outside my neighborhood had his pumps shutdown and had yellow tags placed on them by the state. I always knew he was ripping off customers so I never went there. Personally, they should have torched the whole place...but thats just me.

I am not shocked, gas stations in my area are ripping off people. You drive like 20 miles and gasoline is .20-30 cents cheaper per gallon.
