This love affair with the Japanese cars is starting to make me sick. I have been in some of these cars and they really are not very comfortable or quiet. It seems GM keeps getting slammed on the little details like cup holder design or plastic grains. As John Stossel says...."gimme a break." I think the G6 looks far better than the Toyohonda blandmobiles. But then....there is that problem of the flawed plastic grain on the kick panels.

Ya gotta take a look at all of the standard features before you decide if a price is too high or not. Consider the electronic features, tire/wheel package , horsepower is another. Things may be better than they seem when all is considered. IMO the G6 is a sweet looking ride in sedan or coupe . It is clean and sleek and the fit and finish is on par with the Toyohonda stuff or better. Ah...if only the Grand Am had been this good 3 years back.

The sales numbers may have been higher but is sure was NOT the cladding doing it. The new Pontiacs looks WAY better without all the crap hanging on them.

I have not driven a G6 yet but I can agree with the numb electronic steering in the Vue..we have one. The steering is the thing I like the least about the Vue.
