+1 Seems pretty new to be this, but I've seen it more than once.

Doesn't even have to be Chinese, look at all the S-10 oil cooler lines from Canada that leaked like sieves. I won't change the ones on my Blazer again unless they leak in warm weather, I can put up with the infrequent drips in winter.
