The Total Quality Index™ was calculated from the responses of 20,655 buyers who bought 2008 models in September, October and November of 2007. Strategic Vision has presented Total Quality annually since 1995.

You can't judge a cars total quality by driving them for just a few months you have to run them a few years to get the real results, and thats where you will see the real total quality difference.

There is a justifiable reason for any of the quality surveys. There is a direct correlation between initial quality, and long term reliability.

To discredit one, while supporting only the other, is being short sighted.

Based on some of that criteria............. then I guess NOONE should buy a new model for at least 4-5 years. Oh wait, then there would be a revised version............ so then you would have to wait another 4-5 years............ and so on............. and so on.
