I see shoulders on the drivers side and the mirror is oriented towards it.Well I only see a head on the passenger side.....also look at the backing where the plate is long and narrow also that plate doesn't fit the space

It is a manufacturer's plate, after verification.
They still make them in Eurpope, which is more than likely where this one came from. These aren't mods, it's the Euro-Focus.they don't make the hatch anymore. this might be just be a ride with some sweet mods.
or Mexican Focus - the ST is sold in Mexico.
