Already Ford has announced its plans to bring the global Fiesta small hatch to the U.S., and the Focus is now also slated to join its littler sibling. Alongside those two, due in 2010 and 2011 respectively, will come the Kuga and C-Max, Ford’s global crossover SUV and MPV - the third and fourth of Ford’s global cars to come stateside.

The C2 Focus (world car, MY 2011) will be produced in the US. They are not doing something stupid like importing a bunch of European cars............. especially with the exchange rates.

That is a big styling change if it is the new Escape.

How about the S-Max and the Galaxy(should be called G-Max here because that name deserves to be on the Crown Vic replacement) coming here. How about their Fusion and the new Ka(to go up against the Smart). I want these too!!!

Dont forget its also very flexible in size, the Volvo S80s platform is from the C1.

Another good move by Ford. I have long thought some of the Euro Fords should come stateside as Fords not Mercurys. Ford has some good cars over there, why not make and sell them in NA or Mexico?

Once the Kuga comes as the Escape, it will be a few years old in Europe, perhaps in time for a redesign. Does this mean when we do get the Kuga it will already be a new design?
