We got a small delivery of 3 2009 Vettes today, two Z06s with the new special edition wheels and one special order LS3 car. I got to PDI the LS3, but it is the very first one we got. I snapped a few pictures with my phone. This means the ZR1 shouldn't be too much longer!

I like the outside ALOT - However I am not crazy about the black / tan look....Personally should all be one colour...Looks weird for some reason.
I respect your preference, I however am on the other side, and find it pleasing.

you do know that the bj auction when that car was sold was quite a few months ago right?? anyway, that orange vette is really sharp!

I like the two tone interior myself, I was surprised that this car didn't have nav since it was special order and has most of the other options. At least this one is a manual though, the last 2 deliveries of Vettes were all slushboxes. One of my favorite color combinations was a Jetstream Blue convertible with a tan top and interior. Another good one was a Z06 in Atomic Orange with the Sienna/Ebony interior. Even the salesman thought it would look ugly when he was ordering it, but it looked really good in person.

Even though I can afford one I don't think I will ever own one. I have to own something with a few more seats. I'm even planning to sell my Mustang towards the end of the year.

But Dear God that is one stunning car!

Now please GM, give it a worth interior. This one is nice, it is a good improvement over the C5 but the $20,000 Malibu looks VASTLY SUPERIOR to it.

Agreed...I think it works well together.
Understandable but, however it is my perception that the "GM" signature interior (of course to save on assembly and manufacturing cost) is to make consistent parts for the interior. One of the reasons I like the malibu so much they took there time to blend to the interior.

Not saying that I hate it, just that I wish they would spend the extra $$$ on making the interior blend together more.

Sgt Beavis - My point exactly - It looks like GM really spent the time on blending the interior in the Malibu to make it flow. I find in the Vette you have these "choppy" lines for example take a look at the dash and than the tan that runs right underneath it. Also the console the black runs up halfway and than the tan starts....Just think they should blend the interior together better or even take a look at doing more two tone tan option.

Like I said not that I hate it....Just think for that amount of money they could do some better things with colouring on the inside.
