Hi, we bought a Vectra sold here in Mexico by Chevrolet/GM,
the thing is, it starts to fail when the weather is hot, this
happened just three months after being bought, I don't know
what to do, these people at the company won't change it.

We took the car to the service center, but they aren't
putting the info in their database, it is as if the car has never
been in their service center, we are so angry at General
Motors, we can't believe that this is happening.

any comments, or suggestions?

Hi da2003, I know, this car isn't secure, can you
imagine going out of town with a car that sometimes
won't start...

Exactly?
The Company/Agency first said "yeah", but only by
phone, they later retracted, then again "yeah, we'll
take it in exchange for a Malibu", but then again
retracted, they have called from Chevrolet, even
from General Motors but they aren't doing a single thing!

And it's a sad thing, we have had a long list of cars
by Chevrolet, but now with this, I can no longer
be happy with them...

Ok, I'll talk to you in spanish so you can understand:

Yo tambien soy de Culiacán. Tengo entendido que tu Vectra no prende, ese es el problema? ¿Ya lo llevaste a la agencia a que lo revisarán? Primero tienes que estar seguro de cual es el problema y que es lo que causa la falla que tiene.

Precisamente por eso me estoy quejando, porque lo hemos
llevado ponle tú unas 10 veces, la falla NO la han encontrado,
y pues ahí tenemos al carro en servicio pero no le arreglan
nada, de hecho NO está en su base de datos que lo hayan
metido al centro de servicio, ese que está por la Zapata.

alguna sugerencia?


Everyone:
I'm complaining because we have taken the car to their
service center AT LEAST 10 times, and they haven't been
able to find what's wrong.
The AREN'T entering the info in their database, so it is as if
the car has NEVER been taken to their service center. As if
the car is ok, "never been here"...

... any advice??
