Fast and Furious muscles up

OntarioStreetCar caught sight of a transporter loaded with Detroit Muscle being used in the filming of the fourth installment of The Fast and the Furious saga, innovatively titled, Fast and Furious. This is one truck we'd gladly hijack with a crew of accomplices driving tuned Civics, as it's hauling, at minimum, a pair of Challengers, a Chevelle SS, and the wicked Torino GT you see above. Not included in the attached gallery are studio shots of Vin Diesel with a Grand National and yet another Chevelle, both of which you can see at OntarioStreetCar. The F&F films may be light on plot, but they're long on car porn, and we can say, without a hint of embarassment, that we are totally going to see this movie. Thanks to Jesse for the tip!

I can't wait to see it- I think getting back to the original will be much better than where it was going with Tokyo Drift. If they continued on that path, they'd be having the next movie go straight to DVD!!

The first one was pretty good even though it was pretty silly. Every one after that has gotten worse and worse (same as the American Pie movies).

I'm gonna have to be honest, the movie should stick to tuned Japanese cars, it fit better with the premise of the movie. First one was a movie about racing, then the 2nd and 3rd movies just had stupid, unlikely plot-less stories. The 3rd sucked, they had to add too much ass just to get people to watch the whole thing because the story was so pathetic. The second one was just too...stupid.

Everyone called the first one a ricer movie, but it was anything but. 500+ horse Civics and Supras are anything but rice. The plot needs to go back to something like the first one or it's hitting DVD about 2 weeks after release.

lol, I thought the first one had some absurd (but totally quotable) lines. The second was bad, and the 3rd was better than I thought it would be.....I really enjoyed the cameo ending.

I used to be into import and domestic sport compact car performance a lot...but F&F really ruined that whole scene for me! :(

LOL^

I don't know what it is about these movies that keeps me coming back, but this franchise totally proves that nobody makes interesting movies anymore if I willingly sit through them.

The first one was loaded with inaccuracies and it was hilarious. Theres a bunch but my favorite was when the bad guy Han went back to his garage when Paul Walker and Vin Diesel went back to get the low down on them.. while he was holding that white guy under the oil and spraying it into his mouth he said "DO YOU KNOW WHAT THESE CARS ARE MISSING!?" and the guys shakes his head and hes like "ENGINES! I'M SUPPOSED TO HAVE FOUR SR20s FROM JAPAN" blah blah but they were all Civic hatches.

Glad to see a variety of cars in this one..
but I can bet you the plot isn't going to make any sense and there's going to be a bunch of car jumps and explosions.

^ Yeah I remember that crap! I also hated when they popped the hood on the Supra (junk car), and Jesse acted all surprised to see a 2JZ engine! Pfftttt all of the 4th gen Supras had 2JZ's (but the turbo had "TT" designator).......and since "the wizard" was so car savvy....he should've known that without "popping the hood".

I liked the first, hated the second, But I actually thought the 3rd was pretty good. Even though I didn't like the fake drifting, I would of been happy with actual drifting.

The 3rd one pretty much ruined it for me when they put the freaking nissan motor in the shelby, I thought it was going to be a nice showing of american muscle kicking ass but instead I was screaming at the theater screen.

Oh, you're one of those guys. Did you bust some caps at the screen during Boyz In Da Hood? :yup: :fall:
