I saw one of the test vehicles here on the freeway.
It wasnt being driven- It was on car carrier being pulled by a Chevy 2500 truck.
It had CA plates and the decals on the bumper that allow it to be driven in the car pool lane with only 1 occupant.
Looks like it has carbon fiber on the rear bumper.

They have a few available for lease under a trial program in select areas of the country. I saw one of them in New York a few months ago.
