I think the ZR-1 will outperform the Enzo on top gears chart. Anyone with me on this?

Well, it's going to run whatever Top Gear (namely Clarkson) wants it to run. They have a history. I wouldn't trust them for unbiased testing. The ZR1 would indeed beat an Enzo though. Just look at the fastest production car Nurburgring times. ZR1 is sitting at the top, position numero uno. It beat the GTR, GT-2, and Zonda F, and destroyed the Veyron, CCR, Murceilago LP640 and others. The Enzo hasn't been run, but there's nothing that can touch the ZR-1 on a road course unless the next GTR Spec-V can knock it off, but that's a couple years away.

I don't think that will matter. Apparently the Top Gear brand is largely owned and operated by Clarkson himself.

And to make things worse BBC is government owned. That combined with basically being a Clarkson production would explain the massive bias against American cars.
I've noticed whenever one of his minions says anything good about an American car he ALWAYS has to have the last word and say something negative. Now I know how he can get away with that. It's essentially his show.

I bet if you cornered the gas station owner and "The Boys" they were either paid or put up to it.

There were no rocks. Notice how they just happened to not get it on Camera? On a multi million dollar show with professional camera men? Yeah right. Camera operation 101 is to NEVER take the lens off the action.
I believe there really were ******** there and they really were pissed. Which was totally justified. Could you imagine rolling around Britain with things like "tea is for ***s" or "the queen sucks". You'd be killed.

I am wondering the same thing. It's cool to be a fan, and hope for the best, but does anyone have some evidence to suggest the Enzo wouldn't beat the ZR1? Don't get me wrong....it would be SWEET that a Chevy takes down a Ferrari at ~ 1/6th the price, but again, is this just wishing or what? It reads like fan-boy erotica.

I would say the ZR-1. but Fat Chance Top Gear would not be biased. I don't care for their show much. Just Like I don't Care for the BBC much Except Maybe Benny Hill, Trigger Happy Tv,Are you being Served? ,Mr.Bean,Ali G. (some of these I don't think show on BBC?) but who cares :hyper: And Is it Me? Or I'm I the only one THAT hates The ENZO's Looks?(and its ugly MC12 Cousin) they are ugly FUGLY creatures. Car design keeps getting uglier. and thats from a 26 y.o.

The show is fake, the sooner people realise this the quicker they can enjoy it instead of bitching about the biased reporting against american cars.
