The panel of the door to the left of the handle is rattling like crazy. It's annoying as all hell. Is there any way to fix this besides ripping the door to shreds???

I think there's a problem with those pins because if you poke at the panel it makes a weird creaking/popping noise. I'll see if I can get a diagram.

Tug on it really hard almost to the point of bending the panel.

My trailblazer did the same thing. It sounds stupid, but its' easier than replacing the mounts.
What do you mean? Where should I pull on it?

Close the door, then pull hard on the door panel.

It worked on the Traillbazer...but don't pull the panel off because then you have to replace the mounts, which we are trying not to do. I replaced the mounts on mine and it still rattled just a little bit so I pulled on the mounts, which bent slightly and stopped rattling. If you go the route of replacing the mounts, just know that it's very easy to scratch the finish on the door panel...so it's best not to have to take it off.

You have to pull hard, but you don't want to bend the door panel because it will make an uneven gap where the window slides in.

Use your judgement on that...
