hmmm... going to disable the counter (for user viewing) as we get closer? it's like the jump-rate at famous bridges... they stop publishing the count when it gets close, because everyone wants to be that magic number! it'd be nice if some unsuspecting car-buff logged on and won the prize.

We can probably give keys to a GTO away. But not the actual car. Just the keys.

So, who was lucky number 10000?
Based on a search of members in descending date order, and counting back from 10006 (current count) to 10000, you end up with user zzzsummit.
If the query interprets date order down to the time, or if the order is determined by the natural order of the table or by an incremental numeric ID associated with each user, then this should be an accurate result.
