My biggest issue is its starting to look like the hhr, I may need to start over on it.

Perhaps it is just bound to become an HHR Perhaps you are unconsciously peforming an experiment that will prove that it was inevitable that HHR looks like it does

Anyway - I believe that any new entry in the minivan class shall have some very distinctive features, but I still think a windshield might prove useful.
