Turns out, it's another tape package.

If it's really "special," it's the copout rally/offroad Colorado that's been hinted at a million times... but it doesn't appear to look any more aggressive than a basic Colorado, so what's the point?

It's more than a tape package now, the question is whether or not it's going into production without being watered down.

Plus there is no denying that the Raptor has been a total cash cow for Ford.

It depends on how much was spent developing its suspension and creating tooling for unique bodywork. I'm sure it was worth it for the brand, but considering how much you get in the Raptor package vs how much it costs, I don't see a lot of extra profit cooked into the Raptor.

Honestly all of this is beside the point. I'm hoping this announcement is for some sort of offroad biased Colorado that is more capable than the regular Z71 colorado. But to be realistic it will probably be just some stickers, possibly upgraded shocks, and maybe some more aggressive tires. All of which is good, but its not that special.

I guarantee what is shown will be more than stickers. I just hope what's shown makes it to production.
