The "article" doesn't even say that the Beat will come here, only that it should have. Never mind that, it was written 2.5 months ago! It's just as well, the interior of the Beat is pretty low-rent--enough so to do more damage to the Chevy brand than good. (No GM, I don't think it would make a cool Pontiac )

Me, too. And they can even use that old Sonny and Cher song: "... and the beat goes on ..." Fits right in with Chevrolet's old "Heartbeat" ads .

I have such a hard time believing that the Beat will not be here. Also the supposed cancelled mpv for Chevy. All of the sudden there is a Regal for N.A. I hope there is some serious sandbagging by GM.
