Why do people like the Silverado High Desert Concept??? Terrible color, terrible wheels, and hideous left over parts from the Avalanche parts bin. I don't get that truck at all.

The best looking trucks by a mile are the Silverado Toughnology Concept and the Colorado Sport Concept.
If it made production, presumably the buyer wouldn't be stuck with one color choice. Wheels can be changed out as well. I'm guessing you never owned an Avalanche.

I love the yellow on the Colorado Performance, that would be pretty sweet to see driving around.

I absolutely love the color on the High Desert and the Tahoe Premium Outdoors concepts, those should be in production... NOW!

This should make dealerships. Its a no brainer
Hell yes!!!

Another hell yes!

I liked the Avalanche a lot, I don't think the left over Avalanche parts look good on the Silverado (bad proportions).

Return of the "Desert Fox" (maybe they thought that was to Rommell-y)
One of my former bosses sent me to Detroit to pick up what was supposedly an early test mule for the Desert Fox. He didn't really have the time to invest in it & sold it after having it a couple of years. It was surprising to hear that his had full time AWD.

This is disappointing. Besides the Copo and maybe one or two more, GM's SEMA exhibit boils down to different colors and wheels...
GM doesn't even offer any support for Buick, Cadillac or GMC at SEMA. Those makes sometimes offered wheel & paint alterations only, but some also had real potential.

And yet, that appears to be what Chevy is planning to do. I haven't seen any GMCs with similar accessories.

Sierra Denali should get a hardwood bed floor option. I said it.

And for the record, the trucks should have been the slightest bit more innovative, like the (first) Cheyenne concept.

2016 is on the way, and still no real variants worth writing home about...

arg arg arg

Speaking of Sonics, I would really like to see a production Rally Sonic and a real Z-Spec to compete with the Fiesta ST.

If the Cruze is relegated to mature buyers, Chevrolet's got to have something for the less mature. Sonic has spent almost an entire lifecycle grossly underutilized and unexploited.

I can't imagine why gm doesn't slap the two liter turbo in the sonic and offer a fiesta/focus st competitor?

The only thing I could think of is the volumes are too low?

Even the new 1.6 liter turbo with 200 hp would work....and I'd imagine the gas mileage would still be about the same...

Offer it with the A8 and the m6 if a DCT as the only transmission is not available.

I hear that cuv s are all the rage....so why not a cuv with the same engine to compete with the Merecedes GLA AMG.?

It could just be a HUGE coincidence but it looks like Holden had an old, old hand on another Chevy SEMA concept...

This colour - called Wildfire looks very, very similar to a colour from the back in the VE Commodore days, also called Wildfire. Shame it couldn't do anything for the Cruze's new face. Bleh.
