Cadillac's CUE infotainment screen is at the center of a class-action lawsuit as customers allege that the screen can become delaminated and unresponsive on certain vehicles. 

The lawsuit specifically refers to the following vehicles:
  • 2013-2017 Cadillac ATS
  • 2013-2017 Cadillac SRX
  • 2013-2017 Cadillac XTS
  • 2014-2017 Cadillac CTS
  • 2014-2017 Cadillac ELR
  • 2014-2017 Cadillac Escalade
Carcomplaints.com reports that plaintiff Tonya Gruchacz alleges she had to bring in her 2014 ATS twice for expensive repairs that were not covered under warranty. Gruchacz alleges that both times she was told that the screen was cracked.

The lawsuit further alleges that a Technical Service Bulletin had been available to dealers since 2014 that alerted them to delaminated screens, which the lawsuit claims was the real cause of the problem.

So, according to the plaintiff, GM should have known how to solve the problem. Gruchacz, et al., v. General Motors, LLC. was filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
