Renger van der Zande has given Wayne Taylor Racing and Cadillac pole position for the 56th Rolex 24 at Daytona.

The Dutchman flew to a stonking 1:36.083 lap in the No. 10 Wayne Taylor Racing Cadillac DPi-V.R to bump the No. 7 Team Penske Acura ARX-05 from the top spot. It marks back-to-back Rolex 24 poles for Cadillac, and only the third of van der Zande's career, who joined the defending IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship-winning team this year.

Van der Zande will share driving duties with Jordan Taylor and Ryan Hunter-Reay in Saturday's season-opener.

The race gets underway on Saturday, January 27 at 2:20 pm local time. All 24-hours can be streamed live from the IMSA website if you don't live in America, or you can watch on TV, if you're into that sort of thing.
