:tired: Good for them. Let's see what happens when they try and drive a 4 Wheel ATV onto their tailgates. :p:

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

The above are from a golf cart, from a diferent Tundra site. The most I've put on the tailgate of my Silverado are me and a fridge, no issue, but I ain't afraid of no golf cart. :D I've put motorcycles into the back of my '85 S-10 and that never happened to the tailgate, either.

(And I don't see a Dodge in the OP of the linked thread. The tard doesn't know it's a Nissan? Seriously?)

Vomit after you smell the tires! lol

Actually anyone who is obsessed about comparing their truck to other people's trucks is lame IMHO. I say know what yours is capable of, and know the competition.........and give respect where respect is due. But then again it's easy for me because I am not biased! ;)

Actually, it's people that drive Camrys and post Nissan pics on a GM website and then flame long-term contributing members that are lame.

Oh, I know, your opinion means as much as anyone else's, even if you are a few posts short of a full deck. And that's being charitable.

Rejoice Eurohazard.

Wow, that site is full of stupid. First they compare the ride heights of a 4x4 Tundra (with a lift none-the-less) to a 2wd Ram (not 4x2), and then finally say the new Tundra makes a mid-90's Ram look old. No ****.

Aww...how cute. Someone is having a bad day and wants to take it out on eurohazard. I'm flattered by you (and others).

The fact remains in my 3rd pargraph, I actually agreed with the OP. I just took it a step further and didn't lock it down to "Tundra owners".

So you must be an SR-71 pilot? So let me get this right.....the more posts you have, the smarter you are? OMFG!

Look Gilligan,

If I wanted my retentive judgmental third grade teacher to post at GMI, I would have asked her to do so years ago.
You don't need to jump up and enthusiastically fill that void.

Back on topic, that Tundra tailgate is looking really sad.

2007 Chevrolet Silverado LT: Test Pilot

If you can remember, the transmission in our Silverado grenaded about a week ago. And while I'm sure I'm not the first person to drive it since its return, I still wondered if it was a good idea to take it home.

Twenty minutes later I coasted to a stop. In front of my house. Anti-climactic, I know but it seems the work done by Santa Monica Chevrolet did the trick and the Silverado can now return to schelpping us and our half-caf double mocha organic soy lattes around Southern California.

"2007 Chevy Silverado LT: Transmission Failure Part II: Transmission Repair

Last week's Silverado cliffhanger left off with our trusty Chevy being towed to Santa Monica Chevrolet after the transmission decided to take an early Fourth of July vacation. GM Roadside Assistance handled the tow as the truck is still under warranty. It was efficient and quick, I was pleased.

Today's thrilling conclusion begins later that same day:

I called Santa Monica Chevy a few hours after the tow truck left to see if they had a chance to look at the truck. Our service advisor had said earlier that they may get to it that day, but most likely it would be Tuesday morning. I took the chance and called anyways. To my surprise they had looked at it and he was frank with his diagnosis:

"We've had a rash of these lately. The input housing busting as the mileage gets up there. It should be ready by Wednesday."

I left them alone and waited for a call on Wednesday. It came around 2:00PM and said that the truck was ready. The forward clutch sprag was replaced -- they did not, as some commenters had assumed, replaced the transmission with a refurbished unit -- and the transmission was, again, reconditioned. Two days to tear into a transmission and have it back in our hands? Not bad. But if they have, in fact, had "a rash" of these, it may have saved a lot of time in diagnosis and parts availability. There is also a TSB out on this issue, NHTSA ITEM NUMBER - 10021018.

The good news: Drive works and the transmission is again able to use all gears.

The bad news: The transmission doesn't shift any smoother than it did before the sprag failure.

Days out of service: 3
Cost to us: $0.00

And yet another unbiased post from our local self-admitted Toyota seller......

I'm surprised you don't try to unload some of those $199 Tundra specials while you're here.

Nice link provided and total lack of highlighting on your part.

Look Doby, Gilligan, Utter Ship of Fail, Eurohazard, whichever you prefer.

It wasn't personal. It was either Gilligan or something much less humorous.
I'm trying hard to help you understand your utter fail without being judgmental.
You've already been called to task by other members in other threads, why make it any worse?
This is a gift to you.

Besides, Gilligan is a fine, proud name, only slightly besmirched by illicit drug use and excessive mental deficiency.

And now we return you to your regularly scheduled thread....
This just in, Toyota has stopped producing Tundras for the next 1/4 of an entire year! How can that be?

Do you think I care? Do I own a Tundra? Do I have stock in Toyota? Don't hate me because I needed a reliable car 6 years ago quickly, found a 115k mile Camry........then the damn thing never died. So I still have it.....what's YOUR problem exactly?

How am I an utter ship of fail?
1) I never lie
2) I only post about topics I have some knowledge about
3) I am not a troll
4) If I make a mistake, I correct it and own up to it (maybe twice since I've been here)

You are too hung upon little pictures of cars you don't like. Maybe you should read my words more clearly, becasue I don't bash, flame, or break any rules at GMI.

And thank you Mr. Incontinence for these gems......

So many screaming babies....
....You're quite a piece of work. .....You on the other hand are just bashing someone else's belongings because you don't like it. That's childish. :yup:
...Don't be a tool, I personally have nothing to do with Toyota. ...
^ Worst post of 2008 nomination. :lmao:

I thought we were talking about trucks? pfttt Now quality of dashboard material matter now that GM finally makes a nice one? Give it up son...
I believe the specific charge was retentive and judgmental.
You should have let it go five posts ago.
Thanks for playing.

Amazing how the modern look of the new Tundra makes other trucks look old , and small. Great shot! I can see you're stayin clear of that Dodge. Haha!
And thats why our country its going down because of comments like this, comparing the Turda to a 95 or 96 Ram

plane...thanks for posting some of my more funny posts! Seriously though, to see the context to which each were written would be a wise move......even for those with regular bowl movements.
