What a riveting list of accomplishments associated with Ms. Lowery's tenure at GM!!

Help make me believe there existed even a SINGLE factory in the old GM empire that did NOT routinely recycle, reuse, or sell for salvage it's production offal before Ms. Lowery's arrival, let alone needing to wait until 2010 to bring merely HALF of the organization to that level of effectiveness!!

Fritz, you should be ashamed of yourself if you try to claim this one as part of your trumpeted initiative to carve 35% out of your executive ranks. Talk about low-hanging fruit, this one has been laying on the ground for years!!
