Actually, the first car radio was in a Kelly Motors vehicle in 1926 :p:

I like that USB ports are becoming more widely available and really should be standard on most vehicles these days. It isn't like it is a complex system and it allows competition to get involved rather than allowing the iMonopoly to take over.:)

I hope my next car (a GM hopefully!) has finally joined Chrysler and Ford (?) in offering such a system....though I gotta admit, using my iPod nano with the aux cable (that always resides beneath the armrest) would still be more convenient when it came to adding/deleting songs......
