Interesting idea, but would it pay off? I know MB is considering a 4 cylinder engine for the C-class in the USA, so anything is possible.
Agreed.......not to mention the front end on that 'CLE' looks a tad bit too stubby (like the Civic's)I just think with 4 sedans before they even reach the top of the line S class that makes 5 sedans that are very equal in size and power, too much overlap

"4-door coupe" = Vehicle with sleek profile, intended to resemble a 2+2, but having 4 actual doorsI guess I haven't been paying attention because I seem to have missed something. Since when has a vehicle with 4 doors been considered a Coupe? Please excuse my ignorance if I read something incorrectly!
I'll call a 4-door with a B-pillar a coupe the day Mercedes calls the R-class a minivan.I guess I haven't been paying attention because I seem to have missed something. Since when has a vehicle with 4 doors been considered a Coupe? Please excuse my ignorance if I read something incorrectly!
Just doing what BMW does, trying to fill every single niche market with a vehicleI just think with 4 sedans before they even reach the top of the line S class that makes 5 sedans that are very equal in size and power, too much overlap
