That sunroof may be easy and cheap to fix.
My Contour SVT chucked a sunroof motor. Stripped a plastic gear in the motor.
A few screws removed and it was out. Quick job.

This will likely happen to the headlight motors too. I had to replace the gears in mine. After so many years and miles, probably already been done at least once..

My old dog, Lucy, when she was quite young. Died at 15 1/4 years old five years ago, and I still miss her. Great dog. That shelf was a good spot for her.

Not that she always stayed back there.

Headlight motors and gears have already been replaced, and the seller included an extra gear and roller kit.

That was a good looking dog. Seems quite happy there too. :)

Thanks,. She was a good one. Broke my heart when she unexpectedly died at 15.25 years old. She was doing so well, no arthritis, still could go up and down steps or jump into a car like a champ. I really thought she'd make 16 with no problem. I had just moved to South Carolina and she could still do 45-60 minute walks in this heat (although a lot slower). She had trouble with her back legs one Friday morning, and 36 hours later could no longer walk at all.

Personally, I'd say that price is a bargain. If I was looking for another Reatta, I'd pay that without a second thought.
It's probably all the money for a Reatta.
However, I think the same thing about it that I thought about my Scorpio.
Good luck finding a better one, then pay the man.

I guess it depends on how much you want it.

But for a pristine Reatta - with about 21,000 total units and maybe what, about 6,000 of those convertibles - that doesn't strike me as a lot of money.

Not only that, this is the newest hot segment and it's still early in the game.
With the rise of Cars & Bids and BaT accepting more of this vintage, there are now two really good places to buy and sell these cars.
New deal... Cars & Bids sellers now pay $0 listing fee. Buyers pay 4.5%.
That'll bring in even more sellers.

Not so long ago it was Ebay/Craigslist and best of luck to ya.
