Our '95 Z34 Monte Carlo will start but only run up to approx. 1800 rpms. I changed the fuel filter since it was easy and cheap. Didn't help, removed gas tank to change the fuel pump (it's out but not changed yet). Gas runs out of the air cleaner box because it is seemingly flooding. Any ideas??

Thanks in advance:)

Fuel pressure regulator would be my first guess. Pull the hose off it and see if it is dry. It should be.

Thanks for the tip. I changed the fuel pressure regulator and it actually ran again. Wouldn't want to change it often though. With everything you have to remove to get to it. I wasn't sure if it would ever run again. But it did, Hooray.:)
