My 95 Sonoma 4x4 with manual transmission has been a very reliable vehicle(97K miles) but damn it has a LOT of drivetrain noise! I took it to three places(dealer where I bought it, transmission shop and local garage) to have it checked out and none could put an exact cause of the noise. Most agreed that the drive system from transmission back to the rear end would have to be taken appart for and while it was appart do the clutch($700). I'm glad it's not a slush box($3k +-) :type:

problem is, with mine it makes a LOT of noise when starting off, at low gear, or turning at low speeds.
