Does any one know where I can find a timing tensioner for a 1992 buick skylark 2.5L ? Or any insites on replacements?

Sure it's not a Quad 4? Or the single cam version (Quad ohv or something)?

Last I knew, 2.5's used timing gears and wouldn't need a tensioner.

They used a timing chain in 91 and 92. Not sure if it had a tensioner though. Most OHV engines do not, with the exeption of Buick.

Any parts store should have it?

I believe that it was still used in the A-body and S10 in 92.
