where are instructions to do the removal of the inside door panels. these are entirely different from any other year truck. We need to put on new tow mirrors and are totally stuck on the steps to remove the panels. Please reply here or send me a message on here. I found a video on youtube but 2014 is not the same as the new 2015. thanks, Linda
