Anyone notice these new Side-Window-Vents. They dry out of your eyes and face while driving.

When I start my truck. I always turn it to DEFROST but once that's done I set it to FLOOR to heat my truck just like I heat my house from the ground up.

All my old vehicles would blast heat from the FLOOR vent before. This new truck cuts the air-flow in 1/2 and directs it to the Side-Window-Vents instead!!!!

Side-Window-Vents should only come on while in DEFROST!

I was going to go to the extent on putting duct tape on the drivers Side-Window-Vent but I found a solution to this problem.

Actually, that is very common with many manufacturers. Our Toyotas and Hondas work that way as well and we like it. A lot of others must like that feature, too, since it seems to be more and more common.
