are we referring to EGT temps or the TURBO some how is getting to hot
do you have and gauges on this truck OR a "tune" done?

if it is HIGH EGT check the clamps on the hoses from the Turbo INTAKE side to the charge air cooler infront of the RAD and back to the engine intake if there is any LOSS of boost pressure the engine will have to add more fuel to make up the loss of power and drives exhaust temps up and eventually giving a EGT temp warning
