This would be a pretty dumb idea business-wise. The only reason the EXT exists is because it is easily modified from the Avalanche body and Escalade styling and GM doesn't have to spend hardly any money on it. Cadillac by no means needs a truck, and unless it's based on Escalade, shouldn't waste their time.
