Anybody know where I can find info on the 2009 Astra? Specifically what options will be changing from 2008, pricing, etc.

Specifically I'd like to see an aux in option. If they don't have that planned for '09 I might just pick up an '08 later this year.
We should be seeing some information soon. I don't expect an AUX port unless they had the radio supplier design a unit with enough inputs for AM/FM/XM/OnStar/AUX, because at the moment that radio does not have enough.
I'd like to see navigation, sunroof, XM, and the panoramic windshield added. Oh, throw in a higher output engine...I'll buy.

sunroof is already available (at least on the 5-door XR it is).
Yeah, they need one in the 3-door though.

Even the above would be nice. I'd consider one with those options...particularly with gas still climbing.
So what are customer's reactions to the Astra thus far?
I thought all '09 GMs were supposed to have Bluetooth and something else, aux inputs?

The small amount that have come in to shop the Astra love the Astra. All reactions have been positive with just a few complaints (arm rest, cup holders) not a single complaint about lack of NAV, BT, or Aux Jack. The MP3 player folks have been using the FM transmitter for some time and don't mind using it in their next vehicle.
however, there are no buy rates and no leasing interest rates yet, so that is what is turning the customer away.

Did your dealership order from Boomerang the bolt-on center armrest accessory with integrated cup holder?

When I talked to the lady at the Saturn booth at the NY Auto Show, she said that it's a possibility. I also asked her about the Corsa, but she said nothing in the pipeline for it yet.

for pricing, there wan an article that stated due to the dollar weaking again, that the price is going up $500 across the board. but I wouldn't expect to see any changes with it till the new one hits in 3 years.

This car is a complete flop, I have not seen a single one on the road, and I live about 5 miles from a Saturn dealer that has a ton on the lot.
Yes it it does look good, but it does not sell, it's expensive, it does not have enough feautures or hp, the MPG is not high enough and again, it's too expensive, and there is no way to make it cheaper without GM further loosing their a$$ on the car.
This car needs to be made in Lordstown OH or Ramos Mexico ASAP, it needs to be able to get at least 40MPG hwy with a manual, a normal radio, a better looking trip computer that tells time normally and easier to use, an optional navigation system, bluetooth, again ADVERTISEMENTS, a lower base price(hence the US production)some advertising(?I have not seen any commercials for just the Astra) and optional higher performance version, a normal sedan, ADVERTISEMENTS,
