2008 silverado clunking when I stop and accelerate

I have an 08 silverado Lt that makes a "clunking" noise when i stop and go to accelerate again. The dealer said this is normal for this truck. They said its the yoke. Is this normal? Damaging my truck? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah it's a common problem with the GMT-900's.

Slip yolk spline needs greased.

Thanks for the help. I take it the dealer would be able to do that. Doesn't seem like a very extensive repair.
