Peugeot / Subaru / Suzuki

There's a dealership in Mühldorf under the name of MAT and they sell Peugeot, Suzuki and Subaru cars. Peugeot had nothing new except for perhaps the 4007 (based on the Mitsubishi Outlander), but Subaru showcased three new cars: the new Impreza, the new Legacy Diesel and the new Justy. Suzuki showcased its sports version of the Swift.

Subaru

Subaru B9 Tribeca

Subaru Legacy Diesel

Subaru Impreza

Subaru Legacy Diesel and Subaru Legacy Outback

New Subaru Justy (rebadged Daihatsu Sirion)

Suzuki Swift Sport and regular Swift

Suzuki SX-4 and Jimny

Porsche

Porsche always comes with the fewest number of cars to these shows and yet they attract a the most number of people. The Porsche dealership is in the nearby religious city of Altötting, but they always come over to Mühldorf for this event.

New cars? Porsche Cayenne GTS, and what a sexy beast this was. I'm not a fan of the Cayenne at all, but I have to admit that the Cayenne GTS in that metallic orange looked simply stunning. The facelifted Cayenne also looks much cleaner and dynamic than the original model.

Other Porsche's at the show were a 997 Carrera 4S, a Boxster S and a Cayman S that was completey covered with a thin black-matt plastic layering which increased the cars price by 30,000 Euros!!!

Peugeot make such handsome cars, but that SUV is not cool at all.
Ahh, European cars and their plethra of manual transmissions....if only!

I agree Puegeot (or Poo-gey-ots as we foreigners call them:D) makes some really nice looking cars!
Seriously?? I find the front ends on all but about one of those models pictured to be absolutely appalling. I was left wondering what the hell happened to Peugeot.

I think most people would agree with you about the Peugeot "mouths" - Peugeot's design team seems to have been led by blind elephants since the 206/307, the last un-gaping mouth Peugeots..

I agree with you. The interiors look really nice though.

really?? Yeah, thay all have that "smiley face" front end, but I kinda like it! It is like nothing we have here, so mabey I like it in a.....change of pace sorta way. Either way I think they are pretty nice looking, and the interiors are simply awesome. But as "normal" European cars go, nothing tops Alfa Romeo for me! I can't wait till we start getting Alfas here, that about the only Euro car I would really want over here.(That or mabey Seat, they are pretty cool for what they are)

The Subaru Boxer diesel is pretty sweet! It would do well in the US methinks.
It's gotten great reviews here. :)

Good power, fuel economy and also good engine refinement.

The engine response is a bit slow though and there's no automatic transmission option yet.

We need the Subaru Diesels!!!! That Orange GTS does look fantastic. They did a good job with the revised design.
