I made a mistake while replacing the alternator by not disconnecting the battery power. When I was reconnecting the power to the alternator, I grounded the wire to the alternator resulting in "sparks" and all power to the entire truck was lost. Anyone have a solutuon?

there is a "fusible link as part of you BATT POS wire near the ALT and it wold have "blown" and you need a new wire OR make up one using a fuse holder
