I know you Americans and us Canadians are getting the Cobalt, Canadians get the Pontiac Pursuit, but I was just surprised to see that they already released the 2005 Sunfire without any fanfare.

I don't see any major changes, so it's basically status quo. Maybe sharper eyes can let us know if anything has changed from the options list.

nothing to trumpet in the 2005 sunfire! probably didn't want to highlight the fact that it's same old, same old for another year at the bottom of the performance division. pursuit can't come soon enough! though of course, it won't... 2006 for all models, right?

I suppose the Sunfire will remain unchanged until it's death in 2006.

What I think is kind of interesting is all the versions of the Sunfire that they still sell in Canada, all we get here is one version of the coupe, the sedan has been discontinued since 2002, we dont have a GT version of the coupe either.

I don't see a need for a Sunfire sedan in the US. For one, why would someone buy a Sunfire sedan when it is higher in price and vertaully the same as a Cavalier.
