A guy I knew took a second mortgage on his house to buy a 1990 ZR1 and has it extremely low miles with the hope of making a fortune. I didn't think it was a wise investment - unless he can get a half a million $$ or more he'd have been better off dumping that money in the stock market (let's not forget all the interest he paid on the second mortgage).
