Well... my grandmother died this morning, i didn't go to college and had a few hours of free time. I did this drawing, the model year should be the year of her birth, i know the year and the design language probably doesn't match and that pontiacs had a different logo in the 30's, but anyways...

Hope you like it, sorry for the quality and proportions i wasn't in the right mood when i did this.

Sorry for your loss, I loss my last Gparent which was my Grandmother(my moom's mother) 2yrs ago next Wed.(Oct. 29th, 2006). You have my condolences.

I'm sorry for your lose, My family also lost our grandfather few years back. 3 days before Christmas, and I know your feeling, and we couldn't even see his last since he was still in Korea while all my family was living in US. My condolences to you and your family.

Great drawing. It DOES look like the 30's styling, that is both elegant, and graceful. I like it very much. Good Job.

I just got home from the funeral, she was also my moms mother and was living near enough (about 20km from our city) so we were able to take part in all the ceremonies, although she was buried in the city where she was born, not where recently lived. It was probably the saddest day in my life, but through all the sadness it was nice to see more than 30 cars with caring people driving behind the hearse and since it was a small town and a lot of people that knew her heard the news and gathered in the cemetery to present their condolences. Even a van full of former and current teachers from the town's school arrived to the funeral (since my grandmother was a math teacher for about 30 years until her retirement in 1987).

Im glad you liked the drawing
