did they change the solenoid that sticks out of the pass. side of the head near p/s pump or the actuator on the camshaft?I have had several of the inline engines with poor idle quality and cel on with cam actuators that arent returning to home position thus keeping the exhaust cam retarded.If they changed the actuator the bill would have been for around 4 or 5 hours labor plus parts.Thottle body could cause issues as well.
