I bought this 2010 Jan9,2016 for 10,320.04 with my disability back pay that I waited 3 yrs to get and of course I couldn't afford another 2.000 to buy a warranty that they were trying to hard to get me to buy. And May 26, 2016 I was on the express way when my transmission all of a sudden went out. I almost go into a bad wreck or even been killed. Once I got it inspected the mechanic showed me my Transmission fluid which is thick and black. I called General Motors and made a complaint. Then General Motors the car dealership Vic Canever in Fenton MI and told them about the issue and the manager Mike Agnone the Customer Service Manager and Brandon the Used car manager called me and both told me that I had to come up with 2500 to go towards a new vehicle and they will cover a 1000. I shouldn't have to pay a penny. I don't have no money I'm disable and live off $749.00. General Motors need to refund ne my money.
