Hi. I was wondering why Mercedes doesn't offer a choice of two front ends on the E-Class like they do on the C. Going through the parking structure at LAX last night, to drop my cousins off who were retuning to Australia, I stumbled on what I initially thought was the new C-Class. As I approached it something seemed off, and then I realized that this was in fact an E Class with the regular more traditional Mercedes grille a la the New S Class. Is this offered in other parts of the World or is it a new development?

I have a picture on my computer downloaded onto my computer but cannot figure out how to attach it. If you feel comfortable giving me your Email I'll send it to you. BTW it had little black snaps embedded into the hood to receive I assume a clip on disguise or bra. Let me know if you want to see it or if it is nothing and already available elsewhere. I looked at it expecting to see a Mexico plate and then saw it was on Michigan manufacturer plates. Regards, Stephen.

    Hi MG,
I hope you blog or post on your watch search. I am a member on watchuseek as RedVee, it's got pretty good info and a ton of biased opinions :) .
I still consider myself a 'newby' and swim in the 'affordables' pool, but one day....

    Cheers,

    Geoff

Greetings, and please excuse my random uninvited PM.

I recall that you've been a regular commentator on public transport issues in your city.

If by some small chance you haven't seen it yet, I'm sure you'd enjoy this fabulous vintage clip (overlayed by a great soundtrack) depicting traffic & transport on San Fransisco's Market St circa 1905.

    Regards, no need to respond.
