Cadillac CT5 Order and Reference Guide Content Now Online . . .

The GM Online Order and Reference Guide now includes information about the production Cadillac CT5 model at this link:

    https://www.gmfleetorderguide.com/NA...D=21733&type=0

Spec out your favorite version--in equipment and colors!

Let's hope there is soon a revelation of a CT5 Coupe, whatever it may be designated as its name, underway. Let's also hope that future "Platinum" packages will include even more content, but this CT5 Platinum edition is a "start" towards what Cadillacs should showcase!

    Thanks ClassyEldo!

Very curious about pricing, hoping that'll be available soon.

Nice to see a green color in there, Evergreen. Not many green cars around these days.

Price-wise I'd be most interested in the base Luxury, which seems pretty well equipped, but the upcoming CT4 is in all likelihood more my speed...

This might be a good one for the News Ticker...
Current ride: 2015 Chevy Sonic 1.8L 5sp manual sedan
Previous ride: 1998 Subaru Legacy Wagon AWD 2.2L 5sp manual
Next ride: Maybe a 2020 2.0T CT4, weekend car, keep the Sonic as DD

    Agreed!
Pony Car: an affordable, compact, highly styled car with a sporty or performance-oriented image and an available V8.

Amen! I hope someone actually buys it or the color will be dropped.

True. The interior shot at the website is Prem Lux, I'm assuming Maple Syrup interior, and nice wood trim (not too dark). Nice.

You're likely correct with respect to the color, in my opinion, since it seems the "Premium Package" features a manually adjustable lower seat cushion length, and the picture does not have that feature--and the only color for the "Premium Package" is called "Sedona Sauvage with Black Accents," and it has the Semi-Aniline Leather upholstery and exclusive carbon fiber trim, too.

How do you guys feel that the CT4 is a worked over ATS? In profile they appear similar but when you see them side by side, the creases in the doors aren't even the same. Is it possible to use the same door frame and stamp different bodywork design onto it? If so then pardon the ignorance! I didn't know. Otherwise, the ATS doors aren't even the same as the CT4. What is "worked over"?

Sorry, I know this is the CT5 show but I'm sold on the CT4 as one of my next vehicles after the Audi A5 Sportback.

CT4 is a MCE ATS. A heavyish MCE but still an MCE. Knowing GM they would pronounce to the clouds it was a new platform if it was updated enough. New shocks and a few less stiffer bushings and we have Alpha 2.0 for Cadillac.

Do you have proof otherwise or are you going to continue this'll childish act of calling everyone who disagrees with the movement of Cadillac the peanut gallery? I'm glad you've bought Cadillac but you're the last person they're trying to convince to buy the products now.

So, are you? Nah. I'll just enjoy eating my peanuts while you continue to applaud Cadillac for this "sedans never die" slogan.

There always seems to be so much of both speculation and supposed authority of knowledge here that sometimes the peanut gallery does indeed apply. And before you get all hopped up over it, it goes both ways I've noticed too.

It's whatever. He'll be banned in no time again and have to make another user name.

Face the facts, SMH, the CT4 is the ATS 2.0. Now, instead of dragging the thread down with his BS once again I'll say this, the CT5 is at least trying for a little bit of the luxury market. Should Cadillac be focusing so hard on a car that MIGHT sell 24,000 in a great year? The market has clearly shown that the CUV market is the heart of it. Doubling down on 16 is a losing move and GM is doing that it feels like. So much money invested in the sedans.
