Best comgen of the new SS/VF I've seen (if not entirely accurate)

All thanks to Carscoop.com, they've sorted a ZL1 version of the new Chevy SS. I'll just post the link to the page but I think it's worth the visit.

Since this could be considered the spiritual successor to the Impala SS, I would say it needs a 'Z03' badge. That would hearken back to the original Impala SS.

    From Wikipedia:
The Super Sport was known as Regular Production Option (RPO) Z03, from 1962–63, and again in 1968.

I left the image off the thread so people would visit the site. I think the effort deserves the hits. And they're also a very good auto blog too.

Me Likey very much. I've went to check out the Holden Volt on Friday. Whilst there I was prodding for any info about VF. All that was definite was that it will be on sale by May, he said late April but I will go with May. And that when he was looking at the Volt at Lang Lang there was a HSV testing that sounded more potent and had a whine to it. He mentioned Twin Chargers but I don't klnow what GM has laying about in that category
(best guess would be ZL1 drivetrain anyone ) it's nice to dream

Most of the info I will take with a grain of salt. He didn't have much on what the drivetrain for the Commodore SS will be except to say that will be most likely carry over with usual performance and economy tweaks and that Chevy SS will be a case of supply and demand. demand being the influence to production numbers. It sounded like they have their own internal predictions on Chev SS export volumes but won't state them publicly the number he said to me was pretty sizable for Aus production though but I would assume those numbers in conjunction with Wagon and or Ute tagging along down the track. Again all with a Grain of Salt.

    The rear 3/4 is wrong

It's understandable why because Holden still has a heap of camo on that part of the car
making it hard to make out , just like the heavy scallops in the doors that shows on the NASCAR but not the mules as they most likely use VE doors
Also the only part of this render that looks acurate is the grill and that side vent
Who the hell approved this abomination? Hidden Content
