    Geneva 2014: Citroen C4 Cactus

New Citroen C4 Cactus Brings a Breath of Fresh Air to Compact Crossovers
    FEBRUARY 04, 2014
    Carscoops

Official photos of the production version of Citroën's C4 Cactus Concept have popped up on the web giving us an early glimpse at the French automaker's compact crossover model that will not only keep the same designation as the study, but also its funky looks.

In fact, you'll be surprised to see how close the production car is to the concept, both inside and out, and that includes the air-filled bags on the doors, the protective rubber on the tailgate, and the sofa-style front bench seating. The biggest change over last year's study is the omission of the pillarless doors.

Citroen should reenter the US market. They build some interesting vehicles.

I hope they don't try to sell it in Australia with that name

    From the Australian Slang dictionary

cactus - dead, not working. "Can you fix it?' "No, she's cactus, mate."

Could be worse. Kuga in Serbian means "plague".

Edit: and of course there is always "LaCrosse" in Canadian slang lol

The woodie is back. This time, it's rubber!

All jokes aside, what the **** is the point of that rubber? Modern classic in the making...?

I wasn't around during Cadillac's last heyday, so this is the first time I've ever written the following words: The car to beat, the best car in its class, is a Cadillac. You're done playing offense, Cadillac. I hope you can learn how to play defense.

You should always sheath your woodie in rubber. It protects it.

Citroen sure is back in the game more than ever. I do hope the new PSA head only makes sure there isn't an identical Peugeot for every Citroen they build.
