This will only be sold in Europe? I didn't know that. Interesting though, they didn't do a whole lot of changes to the Chrysler vans. Where did you get this picture, guitarlix?

interesting..... sort of reminds me of a Caliber that has eaten a Rabbit....

I wish that VW had brought the microbus concept to production. It was (and still is) really cool.

The Microbus was pretty cool. I remember hearing that because of the public's response, VW was going to make it. Obviously, that didn't happen..I forgot the reason it was too. I read about it a while back..

We also get VW diesels in our Caliber's, Compass', Patriot's and Avenger's, but not yet the Sebring, here in Australia.

I liked the Eurovan/Caravelle/Multivan/Kombi/Transporter. They made great little campers.

Re: VW minivan on its way

I look forward to seeing what V-Dub will do with a minivan, hopefully it will rival Hondota. I am glad to a that there is still a car company that hasn't given up on the minivan (ahem GM ....)

It would have cost around $35k(from what I remeber), too much
to justify building it. Too bad though, it's got the charm of the New Beetle
and room for seven passengers too. Definetely too cool to call a "minivan". This(the Chrysler/VW minivan) is really too little, too late for VW though, the minivan market is shrinking. They should have invested in a crossover instead.
