    Mercedes-Benz Dealership Munich (Part 3)

    Here's Part III.

The suspended SLR! Imagine if the metal lines holding this thing break! Damn!!!

    The Maybach Customer Center

This is a pretty famous Mercedes V8 engine, the M117. It powered cars like the W126 500SE (SEL) and R107 500SL. In 5.6-l bored out form, it could be found in the 560SL (USA only) and 560SE (SEL) or 560SEC Coupes.

    G500, still badass.

    S420 CDI S-Class

McLaren SLR in the shop they have below the main dealership! This car got its own room to be worked on!

An Alabaster White E200 Kompressor with a 6-speed manual transmission.

    White A and B-Classes....

    This S-Class color was interesting...

Typical B-Class customer. Overweight old man with a dog and an old wife somewhere!

It's images like this that remind me that Mercedes is truly the standard of the world. Not only are the cars amazing but their presentation is museum style. I don't think a Cadillac return is really possible until this kind of experience comes to their dealerships. It's a sight to behold. Thanks for sharing!

    Thanks.

I personally think a dealership like this would be great for Cadillac in the US market. I remember the first time I visited this Mercedes dealership, I was in awe and the sheer size of this place is designed to do that - to impress customers or people who walk in or by.

The main difference between these two brands is that Cadillac has always catered to a North American audience and doesn't have the global appeal that Mercedes' do. Other than that, they're both fine luxury cars in their own right.

ery nice pictures! I like how they built the dealership like a parking structure..

For some reason, I know Benzes' look good, and are consinder top... But, I'd never buy one...

This dealership AFAIK was actually built by DaimlerChrysler. They've begun a nationwide program of creating such large dealerships in the major German cities. Berlin, Munich and Stuttgart are already completed. Hamburg, Frankfurt, Bremen, Cologne etc. will probably follow.
