It seems Lexus has something in the woodwork to compete against the BMW 1 Series.
Andy Pfeiffenberger, director of the European division of Lexus, said recently that "the segment of vehicles' C Premium 'that which remains the fastest growing, and we must therefore be present." Therefore, it is clear that the Japanese luxury brand prepares a rival to the BMW 1 Series and Audi A3. However, our colleagues magazine Top Gear, this compact Lexus could be presented in September 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show next!
For now, information on this future model remain patchy, but we know already that it will be largely based on the Lexus sedan HS250h currently on sale in Japan and the United States. However, if the latter has a natural to say the least, the 5-door (and traction), which will land in Europe should look closely enough at drawing illustration that we present here. Indeed, Lexus would give guidance 'ecological and sports', which explains why the 4-cylinder Hybrid 190 hp equipment is probably the HS250h renewed as is in the compact.
My take... Ill have my BMW in Red thank you very much.
