Audi Leads J.D Power In China

Audi has scored the highest mark in this year's J D Power customer satisfaction survey for China. This particular survey began in 2001, and Audi is the only manufacturer to have been in the top three every year. Its present score of 834 out of 1000 is a 13-point improvement over 2005.

Second in the list, on 814 points, is Nissan, while Chevrolet makes its first appearance in a strong third place.

The average score across the industry is 798, only 2 up on the previous year. The fact that there is an improvement at all is due largely to the increasingly good results achieved by Chinese manufacturers, but this is offset by rising customer expectations.
