Looks like a handsome devil. Interesting mirrors, and that's one hell a strut tower brace. Also note the neat intercooler integration, ATS's turbo six will have it's work cut out for. Will the TTV6 short plumbing be enough to offset the straight six NVH advantage?
And if BMW can get a descent looking low hood with a DOHC I6, what's the Mustangs's excuse?

Now that we see the M3/4, I have higher expectations for the ATS-V. Cadillac has every resource available to produce a performance dominate V-Series model. I wouldn't at all be surprised if Cadillac introduces a high performance variant of the 3.6 LF3. The LF3 is a VSport engine.
Well that's pleasantly attractive. BMW must have screwed up.
I'm still unhappy with the tail lights, they seem like 2 guys who weren't talking designed them so they're misaligned, the outside taller than the inside.
The lower stance and wider look is very fetching. Not fond of the crease on the side, but I could live with it, but it just reeks of Hyundai to me. Kind of like an afterthought.
But overall, probably the best looking BMW sedan in a long long time. Perhaps ever.
The inside is still "German catastrophe" all over. Sigh.

ATS-V considered the bar raised. As a Bimmer fan liking what im seeing here especially the exterior styling. The interior is a mixed bag but willing to give that a pass since some of the trim and styling elements do manage to work cohesively.

I actually like the 3 series more than the four, but the M3 COUPE(M4) clearly looks better than the sedan. The interior is the same BMW interior of the last 10+ years, just boring.
That said, I don't think the V is going to have a problem topping this.
The M4 profile clearly borrows liberally from the 2015 Mustang.
BMW still has the jankiest consoles.
Is there a BMW law that navigation systems have to look bolted on and radios always need to occupy the full width?
The only problem I have with these 2 cars is the carbon fiber in the interior.

I really dislike the design of BWW interiors.
The bumper facias on these are laughably contrived.

BMW did a nice job. I like that both of them are distinguished a bit in width and height.
I like the colors too. The pee green might not be my thing, but it's different. Cadillac really needs to offer unique colors on their Vs; people should be able to associate the color with the model, like BMW uses blue.
