My grandma's father bought this car new in 1958 and it has been passed down to me recently. I am currently working on getting it road worthy after it has sat in storage for the last 20ish years. My grandma says that her father purchased this particular car because it would idol down the road slow enough that he could count the neighbors cattle, yet it was fast enough that if anyone tried to pass him they couldn't. This car has the 364 Nailhead with the four barrel carb, and the infamous Dynaflow transmission which has proven to be the source of all my problems. Currently all the oil drains right out the back through the torque ball. If anyone has done any work on this type of enclosed driveshaft system and has some advice it would be much appreciated.
